the very first cheesecake i made by myself!
too little gelatine, so i guess it's a bit fail. ):
made it for soup as his birthday present; hope it didn't taste too bad. :p
i just bought a recipe book for cakes,
everything's can be prepared by steaming,
no oven needed.
so taa-daa! another work of mine.
the texture's a bit like kuehs, but i love the fragrance. (:
